A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Residential Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and award-winning estate agency team in Honiton.
 
This role is perfect for someone currently working in a similar position—or an ambitious individual with strong customer-facing experience—who is ready to build a rewarding career in property.

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key part in driving the success of the branch. You'll handle buyer enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the sales journey. This is a fast-paced, people-focused position that demands confidence, organisation, and enthusiasm.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Ideally, experience in residential sales (though not essential)
• An outgoing, confident personality with excellent people skills
• A driven, proactive approach and a strong desire to succeed
• A highly organised and efficient working style
• Professionalism and strong communication skills
• The ability to use your own initiative and work independently when needed
• Competent MS Office and IT skills
• A full UK driving licence and daily access to your own vehicle

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.45am - 5.30pm
1 in 4 Saturdays: 9.00am - 1.00pm
