Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and win market appraisals across Langport and surrounding areas
- Lead, support and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progression from offer to completion
- Drive new business generation and nurture long-standing client relationships
- Provide coaching, guidance and day-to-day leadership within the branch
- Maintain high service standards and ensure outstanding customer experience
- Monitor KPIs, market trends and branch performance
- Experience in residential sales with a proven track record of results
- Confident in carrying out valuations and winning instructions
- Leadership ability—capable of inspiring and driving team performance
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills

- £30,000 basic salary
