We are recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join a well-established, leading independent estate agent based in Colchester. The Role:
You will be responsible for advising clients on mortgage and protection products, managing applications from initial enquiry through to completion, and delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process. The role offers a steady pipeline of leads generated from the estate agency and a professional, collaborative team environment.
 
What We're Looking For:

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and workload
• Professional, ethical and client-focused approach
