What you'll be doing:
- Managing and progressing property sales from instruction to completion
- Conducting viewings and delivering persuasive property presentations
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service
- Actively seeking new business opportunities to grow market share
- Proven success as a Sales Negotiator, ideally at senior level
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- A results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to work
- Good local market knowledge of Mersea and surrounding areas
- Full UK driving licence
- £27.000 basic salary + uncapped commission
