Office Coordinator - Busy Estate Agency
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

 
An established and fast-paced independent estate agency in Wimbledon is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is a front-of-house and administrative role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, landlords and tenants
  • Managing a busy and frequently changing diary
  • Handling internal and external correspondence
  • Organising property marketing, photography and listings
  • Managing tenant and landlord enquiries and directing them appropriately
  • Supporting administrative and compliance-related tasks
  • Maintaining a well-organised and professional office environment
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and research
  • Supporting a positive, collaborative office culture
Key Requirements
  • Previous customer service or office-based experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
