Office Coordinator - Busy Estate Agency
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
An established and fast-paced independent estate agency in Wimbledon is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is a front-of-house and administrative role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, landlords and tenants
- Managing a busy and frequently changing diary
- Handling internal and external correspondence
- Organising property marketing, photography and listings
- Managing tenant and landlord enquiries and directing them appropriately
- Supporting administrative and compliance-related tasks
- Maintaining a well-organised and professional office environment
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and research
- Supporting a positive, collaborative office culture
- Previous customer service or office-based experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- £29,000 basic salary
