We are on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join a thriving market leading independent agent, based in their Newmarket office.

My client is hugely successful across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk and are now looking for another experienced member of staff to help assist them with their continued success. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience within property management, who is capable and able to deliver a first class customer experience. 

* This position is 12 month maternity cover but may lead to permanent

Duties Include:

• Keeping tenants and landlords updated on all activity
• Liaising with contractors to arrange for works to be carried out
• Dealing with any issues that arise on properties 
• Undertake property inspections and inventories

Experience Needed:

• Minimum 2 years working within property management
• Thorough in your work and an eye for detail
• Great at communicating 
• The ability to deliver first class customer service at all times
