£30,000 Basic | £50,000 - £70,000 OTE
A highly successful multi-office independent estate agency, recognised as a market leader across its high-street locations, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to lead its established branch in Staines-upon-Thames.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Carry out residential valuations and market appraisals
- Win new instructions and grow local market share
- Support the day-to-day running of the branch
- Lead from the front as a high-performing negotiator
- Drive performance while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Motivate, coach, and support the team to achieve and exceed targets
You will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential estate agency sales
- A proven track record in valuations and instruction winning
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience assisting in, or managing, an estate agency office
- A target-driven, commercially focused mindset
- A professional, articulate, and customer-focused approach
- Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:30
- Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00
(Day off in lieu during the week when a Saturday is worked)
- £30,000 basic salary with £50,000 - £70,000 OTE
