We're recruiting a Branch Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new office for one of Suffolk's fastest-growing independent estate agencies.
 
This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up - your team, your market, your success - backed by an established and well-respected brand.
 
What You'll Do

• Lead the full launch and development of the Stowmarket branch
• Drive valuations, instructions and revenue growth
• Build, manage and mentor your own team
• Grow local market share and brand presence
• Deliver branch targets and maintain compliance standards 

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Valuer
• Strong track record of winning instructions
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Local market knowledge (Stowmarket/surrounding areas a bonus)
• Commercial, hands-on management style
