Senior Sales Executive - Estate Agency
Location: Walthamstow
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Executive to join a busy and successful estate agency in Walthamstow. The role is ideal for a motivated negotiator looking to step up and take on more responsibility within a growing branch.
Salary: £23,000 basic
OTE: £35,000
Working Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays
The Role

• Manage buyer enquiries and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and support deals through to completion
• Generate new business and identify potential vendors
• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Support the branch in achieving sales targets
