Sales Advisor - Estate Agency
Location: Walthamstow
A busy and successful estate agency office in Walthamstow is looking to recruit a motivated Sales Advisor to join their growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property, with full training provided, strong earning potential, and clear progression within a well-established business.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Uncapped Commission
• Guaranteed earnings for the first four months
• Ongoing commission support providing a minimum combined income of £29,400 during the initial period
• Five-day working week including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)

The Role
Working in a busy office, you will play an important role in supporting the sales team and delivering a high level of service to buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities include:

• Handling buyer enquiries and booking property viewings
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Generating new business through proactive calling and applicant follow-up
• Matching buyers with suitable properties
• Supporting the negotiation process and assisting with sales progression
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants

The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit someone with strong people skills who is motivated to build a career in estate agency.
You will demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive and energetic approach to sales
• Confidence speaking with clients and building relationships
• Motivation to work in a target-driven environment
• A strong desire to learn and progress within the property industry
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
