Senior Sales Advisor - Estate Agency
Location: Walthamstow
A busy and successful estate agency office in Walthamstow is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join their high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who wants to work in a fast-paced office with strong earning potential and clear progression.
Salary: £23,000 basic
OTE: £35,000
Working Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays
Key Responsibilities

• Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting
• Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Support the sales team in achieving branch targets
