Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to join a successful and expanding independent estate agency in North London. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a busy residential portfolio, highly organised, and up to date on lettings legislation and compliance.
You will work closely with the Head of Property Management to ensure smooth operations, excellent service delivery, and strong landlord and tenant relationships as the portfolio continues to grow.

You will work closely with the Head of Property Management to ensure smooth operations, excellent service delivery, and strong landlord and tenant relationships as the portfolio continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy residential property portfolio, ensuring high levels of service for landlords and tenants.
- Oversee all maintenance, repairs and contractor coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with all lettings legislation, safety certificates and regulatory requirements.
- Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, deposit disputes and end-of-tenancy processes.
- Manage escalations professionally and work closely with the Head of Property Management to resolve complex issues.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure accurate reporting and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and system updates across the portfolio.
- Build strong landlord relationships and deliver a consistent, professional service.
- Support junior team members when required and help uphold departmental standards and processes.
- Strong experience in residential property management (Senior PM level preferred).
- Excellent understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Highly organised, efficient and able to manage a busy workload under pressure.
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience using property management systems such as Alto, Reapit, CFP or similar.
- Able to work full-time office-based, Monday to Friday.
- A team player with a proactive and professional approach.
- £40,000 basic salary
