An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner/Planner to work closely with this estate agencies New Homes, Rural and Development Teams. We are ideally looking for a polished and experienced individual who can process planning applications and work on land promotions and strategic planning.

This estate agency business is hugely successful and established throughout Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, offering superb career prospects. 

On offer is a salary package around £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, plus flexible working opportunities and many other benefits. 

You will ideally be MRTPI or MRICS qualified. Experience working in and around Cambridge would be advantageous, but not essential.

What will you be doing?

The role is to build on growing the business and increase market share for the planning and development team. You will manage your own workload, process new instructions and win new projects ensuring clients receive a high standard of customer care. 

Main purpose / scope of role:

• Process and manage all types of planning applications.
• Proactively promote strategic land opportunities through the Local Plan process.
• Win new instructions and strengthen existing relationships with clients. 
• Oversee and contribute to marketing ideas/campaigns
