The Opportunity

We are working with the market-leading independent estate agency in Diss, who are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Valuer to join their successful and well-established team.

This role is ideal for a high-calibre, confident lister who enjoys winning instructions, providing expert advice to vendors, and working for a respected local brand with a strong market presence.
The Role As Sales Valuer, you will play a key role in driving instructions and supporting continued business growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out confident and accurate market appraisals
• Winning instructions and listing properties effectively
• Advising vendors on pricing, marketing strategy, and market conditions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Contributing to the overall performance and reputation of the branch
• Representing the business professionally within the local market

About You

We are looking for a proven estate agency professional who is comfortable operating at valuation level.

You will ideally have:

• Experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister
• A strong track record of winning instructions
• Confidence in pricing and listing property in a competitive market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong local market knowledge (Diss or surrounding areas advantageous)
• A professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach
