�� Realistic OTE: £40,000
�� Car Allowance: £2,500 or Company Car (Drive in style!) 
�� Working Pattern: 5 days per week, flexible schedule, with some Saturdays (2 Saturdays on, one off!) - We've          got your work-life balance covered!

About You
�� A proven estate agent with a strong track record of converting valuations into instructions
�� Driven, enthusiastic, and confident in a fast-paced sales environment
�� A natural leader who enjoys supporting and motivating others
�� Positive, energetic, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.  Motivate and inspire your team -        help run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away
