The Role
They are seeking a confident, personable, and driven Sales Negotiator to join their successful residential sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to thrive within a respected, locally-focused agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying new buyers
- Conducting property viewings in a professional, knowledgeable manner
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion
- Supporting property marketing efforts, including write-ups, photography coordination, and online listing management
- Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
- Assisting with valuations and property take-ons as needed
- Previous estate agency experience is preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong local area knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
- Confident IT and CRM system user
- Supportive, team-oriented environment
