Job description
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced estate agency leader to take full responsibility for a well-established branch in Twyford. As Branch Manager, you’ll be trusted to run the office as if it were your own, driving both sales and lettings performance while building a motivated, high-performing team and delivering a customer experience that genuinely sets the bar locally.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch, ensuring consistently high standards across sales, lettings and property management. Leading from the front, you’ll recruit, develop and coach your team, setting clear expectations, carrying out performance reviews and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work and are encouraged to perform at their best. Hitting targets matters, of course, so you’ll be setting budgets, monitoring performance, analysing results and reporting upwards with confidence and clarity.
Client care sits at the heart of the role. You’ll build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, stepping in to resolve any escalated issues and ensuring the branch is known for professionalism, integrity and great service. You’ll also keep a close eye on compliance, making sure the office operates within all legal and regulatory frameworks, with accurate records and processes in place.
Beyond the branch walls, you’ll play an active role in raising the office’s profile locally. That means networking, attending community events, generating referrals and reinforcing the branch’s reputation as a trusted, community-minded agent. You’ll work closely with other offices in the wider network too, sharing best practice and supporting broader growth plans.
This role would suit someone with proven experience managing an estate agency branch or office, ideally with exposure to both sales and lettings. You’ll have a solid track record of delivering against targets, strong leadership and communication skills, and be comfortable using CRM systems and the usual Microsoft tools. Most importantly, you’ll be customer-focused, commercially astute, adaptable and driven, with the confidence to make decisions and the humility to lead people properly.
In return, you’ll be joining a business that genuinely invests in its people, offering structured training, clear development plans and a supportive, people-first culture. You’ll benefit from a range of employee rewards, recognition schemes, social events, flexible working options and a generous holiday allowance, all within a well-respected, long-established brand with deep roots in the local market.
If you’re an ambitious, service-driven leader who knows the Twyford area, enjoys running a busy branch and wants the autonomy to make a real impact, this one’s well worth a conversation.
