The Opportunity

We're proud to be working with one of Suffolk's fastest-growing independent estate agency businesses, who are launching an exciting new office in Stowmarket. As part of this expansion, they are now seeking a high-calibre, experienced estate agent to take full responsibility for the branch as Branch Manager.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a new office from launch, build your own team, and shape the future success of the business locally — all under a highly successful and well-established brand with a proven track record.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance, growth, and day-to-day running of the Stowmarket branch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the launch and ongoing development of the new Stowmarket office
• Driving valuations, instructions, and revenue growth
• Managing, mentoring, and developing your own high-performing team
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance
• Setting and delivering branch targets and KPIs
• Building strong relationships within the local market to grow market share
• Representing the brand professionally and consistently in the community

About You

This role is suited to a confident and ambitious estate agency professional who is ready to step into — or further establish themselves in — a leadership position.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Valuer
• A strong track record of winning instructions and driving branch performance
• The ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team
• Excellent local market knowledge (Stowmarket or surrounding areas advantageous)
• A commercially minded, hands-on approach to management
• A desire to build something long-term within a growing independent business
