Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of the lettings department
- Driving new instructions and portfolio growth
- Leading, motivating and developing the team
- Managing landlord relationships and service standards
- Ensuring full lettings compliance and best practice
- Working with Directors on performance and growth
- Senior Lettings Manager / Head of Lettings experience
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation
- Proven instruction-winning track record
- Professional, organised and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary: £35,000
- OTE: £80,000
- Uncapped commission / performance bonus
