An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic and ambitious independent estate agency in Cheam. This role is ideal for a confident, experienced lettings professional looking to take the lead and contribute to the continued success of a growing business.
The Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish—building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, securing new instructions, and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings and securing tenancy agreements
• Registering prospective tenants and matching them with suitable properties
• Winning new business and converting landlord leads
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to team targets
• Ensuring compliance and smooth move-in processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings
• Proven ability to generate business and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and highly organised
• Good understanding of lettings legislation and best practices
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
