Our client is a market-leading Sales and Letting Agent in North Shields, who are a recognised and reputable brand, and part of a 7 branch operation. They are seeking an Experienced Estate Agent, with a strong Listing background to lead their team in their North Shields office.

Primarily based in North Shields, you will be responsible for developing the largest dominant market share for on market and under offer properties. You will also ensure all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded.

Responsibilities for the Sales Branch Manager:
  • Be responsible for developing the largest dominant market share for on market and under offer properties Ensure all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded.
  • Lead the Team to success, through positive management
  • Take responsibility for running the MA generation section of the opportunity report and achieving all follow up activities on time
  • Produce high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full service sole agency Instructions and Third-party sales
 
    The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous Estate Agency experience, with a strong Listing background – ESSENTIAL.
  • Have strong Leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and influence a team
  • Have excellent communication skills over the telephone and face to face to ensure the development of strong working relationships.
  • You must be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Be always motivated and enthusiastic
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Ambitious and career orientated
  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
