A well regarded independent estate agent in Weybridge is looking for a confident, results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to play a key role in their highly successful lettings team.

�� About the Role:

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, professional team with a reputation for excellence in the local market. This is a varied and client-facing role where your ability to build relationships, close deals, and deliver exceptional service will be key.

�� Key Responsibilities:

• Handling enquiries and conducting high-quality property viewings
• Securing lets and negotiating tenancy terms
• Working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth process
• Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Supporting junior team members and helping drive team performance
• Maintaining compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High levels of professionalism and organisation
• ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence and own car
