Responsibilities for this Senior Estate Agent role will include:

• Booking and conducting viewings/valuations
• Instructing properties
• Negotiating offers
• Offering a high level of custumer service
• Ability to establish quick rapport 

Skills & Experience for this Senior Estate Agent role:

• 2 years(minimum) in estate agency
• Driving license is essential
• Exceptional communication skills
• Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
• Any valuation experience would be a bonus but not essential
