Senior Account Manager

£45,000 - £50,000

The City, London | Onsite Monday to Friday
 
Ready to take charge of a high-profile client account in London's property services sector? Our Client is looking for a driven Senior Account Manager to lead operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth delivery of maintenance services across the capital.
 
What you'll do
  • Be the main point of contact for a major client, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests and allocate work to engineers.
  • Liaise with tenants, manage access, and ensure minimal disruption.
  • Track progress, resolve issues quickly, and provide regular client updates.
  • Oversee reporting, invoicing, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage and delegate to an Associate Account Manager once the role is established.
What we're looking for
  • Proven background in Account Management, Property Maintenance, or Property Management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage expectations and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Experience with scheduling or CRM systems (advantageous).
  • Hands-on, detail-focused, and proactive approach.
