Location: Diss, Norfolk
About the Role
An established and highly respected independent estate agency with offices across Norfolk is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join their successful Diss office. The company is known for strong local expertise, exceptional customer service, and consistent sales performance.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and highly capable Sales Valuer with a proven track record within estate agency. The ideal candidate will bring strong valuation experience, excellent client-facing skills, and a confident understanding of the local property market—ideally with specific experience in Diss or the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct accurate, well-researched property valuations
Provide expert guidance to vendors and build strong client relationships
Deliver high-quality market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property trends and market conditions
Represent the business professionally within the community
Support the continued growth and success of the Diss office
Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience
Requirements
Proven track record as a successful Estate Agent and Valuer
Strong knowledge of residential property valuation
Experience within the Diss area or wider Norfolk/Suffolk market (highly desirable)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: £26,000 - £28,000
On-target earnings: £45,000 - £50,000
