• Conduct accurate and professional market appraisals and valuations.
• Proactively generate new business and develop relationships with vendors.

• Achieve and exceed personal and branch performance targets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister / Senior Sales Negotiator.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong local market knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Self-motivated with a passion for property and customer service.
• Full UK driving license and own car essential.
