Senior Valuer / Lister – Independent Estate Agency

A well-established independent estate agency is looking for an experienced Senior Valuer / Lister to focus on winning high-quality residential sales instructions and growing local market share.

This is a senior, client-facing role centred on valuations, pricing strategy, and instruction winning, not sales progression. Ideal for a confident valuer who enjoys autonomy and representing a respected local brand.

The Role

• Carry out residential sales valuations and market appraisals
• Win new instructions through professional, consultative advice
• Build strong relationships with vendors and key local contacts
• Advise on pricing, presentation, and marketing strategy
• Handover instructions smoothly to branch sales teams
• Contribute to branch growth and instruction levels

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Senior Valuer, Lister, or Sales Valuer
• Strong track record of winning residential sales instructions
• Commercial, professional, and confident
• Consultative communicator with strong local market awareness
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Full UK driving licence

• £35,000 basic salary
• On-target earnings of £80,000 (uncapped)
