Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 pa
About the Role:
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales and lettings forward, negotiating contracts, and delivering outstanding customer service to landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants.

About the Role:
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales and lettings forward, negotiating contracts, and delivering outstanding customer service to landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Negotiate offers and agree sales and rental terms on behalf of clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and applicants
- Manage property listings across online platforms and in-branch displays
- Guide clients through the lettings or sales process from start to finish
- Accurately manage and complete relevant paperwork and contracts
- Stay informed of local market trends and property values
- Collaborate closely with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage, but not essential
- Previous estate agency experience is desirable, but not essential
