You will be a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, delivering a professional and welcoming service while supporting the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily communication with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Ensuring all compliance and legislation is met prior to each let (EPCs, gas safety, electrical safety, legionella checks, smoke and CO alarms)
- Arranging and attending property viewings and managing diaries
- Referencing prospective tenants, including ID and Right to Rent checks
- Preparing tenancy agreements and move-in documentation
- Handling enquiries via phone, email, website, and in person
- Negotiating move-in dates
- Managing property keys for contractors and clients
- Assisting with basic property management tasks, including safety certificates and maintenance coordination
- Providing general administrative support to the lettings team
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- No weekends
- MUST have some estate agency experience
- Confident, personable, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Comfortable working within set procedures and legislation
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
