Basic Salary: £30,000 +
On Target Earnings: Up to £55,000
Location: Lyde Green, Bristol
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

- Proven experience in residential property valuations and sales
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Target-driven, results-focused, and commercially minded
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Professional, articulate, and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence
