Job Title: Experienced Sales Negotiator
Location: Holt, North Norfolk
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 basic + commission
OTE: £40,000 - £50,000+ (top negotiator in the office last year earned £54,000)

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of premium properties across North Norfolk
- Conducting professional viewings and delivering a first-class client experience
- Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion with precision and care
- Building lasting relationships with vendors and buyers alike
- Proactively generating new business opportunities and market appraisals
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring your sales pipeline
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve branch and personal performance goals
- Staying fully informed on local market trends and premium property values
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar estate agency role
- Track record of success within a quality-driven or higher-end market segment
- Strong negotiation skills and professional communication style
- Highly motivated, target-focused and commercially astute
- Polished, confident, and comfortable dealing with discerning clientele
- Excellent organisational and administrative ability
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Basic salary between £23,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)
- Realistic OTE £40,000 - £50,000, with genuine potential to exceed this
