Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
OTE: Year 1 £10,000 commission & Year 2 £20,000 commission

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities across the UK property sector.
  • Deliver confident, consultative pitches that clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Manage your own portfolio of partners - onboarding, training, and supporting them to succeed.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships that turn one-off wins into repeat business.
  • Become an expert in our product and the wider rental market.
  • Diligently manage leads, deals, and follow-ups through HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with your teammates to hit and exceed collective goals.
  • Earn consistent, uncapped commission based on your performance and results.
About You
  • A confident communicator who’s great on the phone and in person.
  • Tenacious, proactive, and motivated by targets.
  • Resilient - you see every “no” as a step closer to a “yes.”
  • Highly organised and skilled at managing your time and pipeline.
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong commercial awareness.
  • Curious about fintech, proptech, and how technology is improving the rental experience.
  • Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of your success.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in the rental, property, or insurance industry.
