Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
OTE: Year 1 £10,000 commission & Year 2 £20,000 commission

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities across the UK property sector.
- Deliver confident, consultative pitches that clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Manage your own portfolio of partners - onboarding, training, and supporting them to succeed.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships that turn one-off wins into repeat business.
- Become an expert in our product and the wider rental market.
- Diligently manage leads, deals, and follow-ups through HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate closely with your teammates to hit and exceed collective goals.
- Earn consistent, uncapped commission based on your performance and results.
- A confident communicator who’s great on the phone and in person.
- Tenacious, proactive, and motivated by targets.
- Resilient - you see every “no” as a step closer to a “yes.”
- Highly organised and skilled at managing your time and pipeline.
- A natural relationship-builder with strong commercial awareness.
- Curious about fintech, proptech, and how technology is improving the rental experience.
- Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of your success.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Previous experience in the rental, property, or insurance industry.
- Be part of a mission-driven startup improving renting
- Remote-first setup with regular team meetups and socials.
- Uncapped commission structure with real earning potential.
