Qualified Residential Property Surveyor - Norfolk (Hybrid / Field-Based)
 
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare
Location: Norfolk
 
A highly respected and long-established property firm in Norfolk is seeking an experienced Residential Property Surveyor to join their expanding team. The Role
 
You will be responsible for providing high-quality residential property surveys and valuations across Norfolk and the surrounding areas. Working within a supportive and knowledgeable team, you'll deliver professional advice and reports for a broad client base, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, service, and compliance.
While the primary focus will be residential work, candidates with commercial surveying experience are also encouraged to apply, as there may be opportunities to work across both sectors.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake RICS Home Surveys, valuations, and related property inspections.
  • Provide clear, detailed, and professional reports to clients within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property trends, legislation, and local market conditions.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc commercial work, as required.
About You
  • RICS qualified (MRICS or AssocRICS) with proven experience in residential surveying.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Norfolk property market or previous experience operating across the region.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload and deliver high-quality results.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Norfolk.
