Business Development Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
OTE: £10,000

About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth by building high-value relationships with estate agency partners across the UK.

You’ll be at the forefront of driving adoption for an innovative, end-to-end solutions - helping transform how transactions flow from instruction to exchange.

If you thrive on creating opportunities, love uncovering client pain points, and have the tenacity to close complex deals, this role will put you right in the middle of the property industry’s digital evolution.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate demand: Build and convert a strong outbound pipeline using email, phone, and social.
  • Create impact: Lead engaging discovery sessions that uncover how agencies operate and where our solution fits best.
  • Pitch with purpose: Deliver persuasive, ROI-led business cases that speak directly to agent challenges like fall-through reduction, CX, and efficiency.
  • Drive demos: Coordinate live demonstrations with our integrated partners and ensure each session drives commercial progress.
  • Own the pipeline: Keep your CRM spotless, report with clarity, and always have a pulse on your numbers.
  • Champion the brand: Represent us at key industry events, building credibility and momentum with new prospects.
About You
  • Proven success running full sales cycles - from cold outreach to signed deal.
  • Experience selling SaaS or PropTech solutions into estate agency groups.
  • A consultative communicator who builds trust through insight, data, and clarity.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and presenting to senior decision-makers.
  • Methodical with CRM usage, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Resilient, proactive, and self-driven — you make things happen.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Deep knowledge of estate agency workflows, KPIs, and commercial drivers.
  • Familiarity with MI and Upfront Information providers
  • Understanding of sales methodologies
