Business Development Executive

Location: Office-Based in the East Midlands
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
OTE: £45,000 – £55,000

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth, win new business, and strengthen key client relationships for a fast-growing organisation in the property space.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Grow the business: Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities to expand market share.
  • Build relationships that last: Engage and nurture senior-level decision-makers to create long-term partnerships.
  • Hit the numbers: Consistently exceed revenue goals through smart, strategic selling.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Use market insight to spot trends, gaps, and competitive opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored solutions: Work with internal teams to design offerings that genuinely solve client pain points.
  • Represent the brand: Attend events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost visibility and credibility.
  
  
What You’ll Bring
  • A proven track record of smashing sales or revenue targets.
  • Confident, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking — you see the bigger picture and align your approach with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of the property or PropTech industry (or a willingness to learn fast).
  • CRM know-how - you’ll manage your pipeline and performance data like a pro.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel for key meetings and events.
