Location: Remote

Now we’re looking for our first-ever Customer Success Engineer - a technically sharp, problem-solving powerhouse who loves getting hands-on with APIs, data, and integrations.
This is your chance to own customer onboarding end-to-end, work directly with our CTO, and build the foundations for how we scale technical success across enterprise clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Onboarding & Integrations
- Lead technical onboarding from sales handoff to go-live.
- Integrate customer systems using APIs, SQL, and no-code tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, or Retool.
- Handle data imports, mapping, validation, and troubleshooting legacy integrations.
- Use SQL to understand data flows and uncover insights that drive value.
- Work directly with our AI models to test, tweak, and optimise prompts.
- QA conversations to improve accuracy and outcomes.
- Learn the product inside out by refining real AI interactions.
- Partner with product, engineering, and design to refine the onboarding experience.
- Support presales conversations — helping shape what’s possible.
- Document processes to create a scalable, repeatable onboarding playbook.
You’re a technical problem solver who thrives on ownership, variety, and pace. You don’t wait for someone else to fix it - you figure it out, build it, and make it better.
You’ll Bring:
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool).
- Solid understanding of APIs and data integrations.
- Confidence discussing technical concepts with enterprise clients.
- A proactive, solution-first mindset — you remove blockers, not wait for them to clear.
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success Engineering, or a startup ops/founder’s associate role with a technical edge.
