Residential Sales Negotiator - Hornchurch
 
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for property? A leading, high-performing estate agency in Hornchurch is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join their friendly, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career in residential sales while working in a fast-paced,
supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering applicants and managing buyer enquiries
  • Conducting viewings and providing a standout customer experience
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
  • Generating new business and promoting the company's services
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date and handling all related admin
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (or strong customer-facing experience with the drive to step into the role)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
