Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple branch managers and teams to deliver excellence
• Shape and execute a region-wide sales strategy using market insight and data
• Oversee recruitment, talent development, marketing, performance management and operational efficiency
• Drive instructions, negotiations, sales progression, and world-class client experiences across all offices
• Ensure compliance, best practice, and consistently high standards of service
• Deliver regional targets and full P&L accountability

About You:

• Proven senior sales leader with multi-branch / regional experience in Prime or Central London property
• Commercially astute, strategic, highly organised and results-driven
• Strong track record of growing market share and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communicator with outstanding client and stakeholder management skills
