The Role
As a Lister / Valuer, you will be responsible for:
- Generating and attending property valuations
- Winning new instructions and converting opportunities
- Building lasting relationships with vendors
- Providing expert market advice
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure successful completions
- Previous experience as a Lister, Valuer, or Senior Negotiator
- Strong track record of winning instructions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Local knowledge of the Manningtree / surrounding areas (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- OTE of £45,000-£60,000+ (uncapped commission)
- Car allowance or company car
- Strong local brand with excellent market presence
