Sales Negotiator - Cambridge City Centre

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 | OTE: £35,000 - £40,000
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy and rapidly growing estate agency office based in Cambridge city centre.
 
This is a fantastic role for a motivated and driven individual looking to progress their career within a high-performing environment, offering strong earning potential and a supportive team culture.
 
Please note: Previous estate agency experience is ESSENTIAL. Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Managing the sales process from offer through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Generating new business opportunities
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency (essential)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Well-presented and professional
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Package & Benefits:

• Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000
• On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £40,000
• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Only 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am - 1:00pm)
