Lettings Consultant - Thame, Oxfordshire
 
A cracking opportunity has opened up in a busy, well-established Thame office for a proper lettings professional, not a trainee fresh off Rightmove, but someone who knows the ropes and can crack on without hand-holding.
This would suit a Lettings Negotiator or Valuer with a few years' experience under their belt, confident dealing with landlords and tenants alike, comfortable winning instructions and progressing deals, and happy being trusted to run with their patch.
 
You'll be joining a supportive, grown-up office where results matter, but so does having a life. Only one Saturday in three, because burnout helps no one and misery is not a KPI.
 
The package is genuinely competitive, with a solid basic and a commission structure that actually rewards effort rather than promising jam tomorrow. If you're good, you'll feel it in your payslip.
