Junior Sales Consultant - Property Auctions
Southend-on-Sea, Essex | Monday-Friday (Hybrid Role)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced and established property auction business based in Southend-on-Sea.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months' experience in sales or residential lettings who is looking to build a long-term career within the property auction sector.

The Role:
- Supporting the auction process from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers and investors
- Assisting with property appraisals and auction listings
- Managing enquiries and conducting property viewings
- Generating new business opportunities and following up leads
- Keeping CRM systems and property records up to date
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure successful auction results
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or property lettings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, driven attitude
- Well organised and confident dealing with clients
- Keen interest in property auctions and investment
- Own car and full UK driving licence (essential)
- Hybrid working - office and home-based (Monday to Friday)
- No weekends
- OTE of circa £38,000
- Ongoing training and development in the auction sector
