Sales Negotiator - Henleaze , Bristol
Basic Salary: £26,000+ (DOE)
Realistic OTE: £35,000-£45,000 (Uncapped)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm | Every other Saturday, 9:00am - 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and professional team in Henleaze, Bristol.
This role is perfect for a hard-working, ambitious individual with at least six months' experience in estate agency. You'll bring a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for property, joining a thriving office where teamwork, customer care, and results go hand in hand.

- Basic salary: £26,000+ (depending on experience)
- Uncapped OTE: £35,000 - £45,000 through pooled commission and financial services introductions

- Contribute to achieving office sales targets and overall success
We're looking for a confident, customer-focused individual who is:
- Experienced in estate agency (Ideal)
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Confident and professional on the phone and in person
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Holder of a full UK driving licence and access to your own car (mileage paid)
A company pool car is also available when required.
