- Qualify and register potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback
- Negotiate offers and support the sales progression process
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Work towards and exceed personal and branch targets
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a residential estate agency sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A driven and enthusiastic approach to work
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Basic salary plus attractive uncapped commission
