Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying new buyers
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues
- Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets
- Assisting with market appraisals (valuations) where required
- Keeping up to date with market trends and local property values
- Previous experience in residential sales or a strong background in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High levels of professionalism, self-motivation, and resilience
- Well-presented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Local knowledge of Wimbledon or surrounding areas is a plus
- Full UK driving licence required
- £25,000 basic salary

- Realistic OTE of £55,000+ (uncapped commission structure)
