Responsibilities for the Sales Negotiator

• Generating and nurturing leads to drive property sales
• Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
• Marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media
• Accompanying clients on property viewings and negotiations
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Requirements for the Sales Negotiator

• Proven experience in property sales minimum 1 year
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the local market
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A valid driving license and own vehicle
