Mortgage Administrator
Basic Salary £25,000 - £28.500
Hybrid - Work from Home
Well-established and award-winning mortgage brokerage. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to work within a supportive and high-performing team.
This role offers a hybrid working model, primarily working from home with the requirement to attend quarterly team meetings in Bath.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting both clients and advisers, ensuring a smooth and compliant mortgage process from start to finish.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting both clients and advisers, ensuring a smooth and compliant mortgage process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing mortgage and protection cases from application through to completion
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers
- Uploading documentation to lender portals and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Handling client queries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems
- Supporting additional services such as protection and referrals
- Minimum 1 year experience in whole of market mortgage administration
- Strong understanding of the mortgage process and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must live within 1 hour 45 minutes of Bath
- Experience with CRM systems
- Protection administration experience
- Competitive salary
