The Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a successful sales team to exceed targets.
- Win new instructions and manage the sales process from valuation to completion.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing expert advice and exceptional service.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through proactive business development and networking.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring compliance and best practice across the branch.
- Basic salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
- Company car or car allowance
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £90,000 - £100,000+
