Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end auction process, from instruction through to sale and completion.
- Generate new instructions through networking, marketing campaigns, and business development.
- Value and appraise properties for auction, providing expert advice to vendors.
- Lead property viewings and open days, maximising buyer interest and bids.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth progression of sales with solicitors, surveyors, and finance partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, maximising commission opportunities.
- Oversee property marketing, both online and offline, to ensure maximum exposure.
- Stay up to date with industry legislation, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Provide guidance to junior team members (where applicable).
- Proven track record in property sales, auctions, or estate agency 7+ Years.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and client relationship management.
- Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple properties and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Knowledge of auction law and processes (desirable but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence required.
- £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary + uncapped commission.
- No weekend working - Monday to Friday only.
