Assistant Lettings Manager - Balham
Location: Balham, South West London
Salary: £28,600 Basic | £75,000 OTE
 
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Lettings Manager to join our highly successful Balham office. Working with one of the leading estate agencies in South West London, this is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated lettings professional to step up into management, drive results, and progress their career within a top-performing brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lettings Manager in driving branch performance and achieving targets.
  • Conduct valuations, secure instructions, and oversee the full lettings process.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop a team of negotiators to maximise results.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and increased market share.
  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies.
  • Contribute to branch strategy and business development initiatives.
About You
  • Previous lettings experience, ideally at Senior Negotiator level or above.
  • Strong track record in securing instructions and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Knowledge of the South West London lettings market is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
